A new channel-release preview of Windows Server build 17639 released this week includes two new features: a so-called "Storage Migration Service" and improvements to the Storage Replica feature.

The Windows Server vNext build 25931 also has a new Storage Replica Enhanced Log for improvements in block replication. Users who are validating upgrades from Windows Server 2019 should not get this.
