The data is clear: Coexistence Works! Killing wolves does NOT protect livestock, but can actually INCREASE the likelihood that a livestock animal will be lost to wolves. Why? When we kill wolves, we debilitate their ability to take down their large and dangerous natural prey like moose, deer, and elk. Wolves need every member of their family, just like humans!
