This is an example of our Fourslide stamping process. The Fourslide machine is extremely versatile, capable of working with wire, strip and shaped materials. In this video you can see steel 1074 strip being worked on in the stamping section and fed to a forming section for the final forming operation before exiting the machine for post production operations. This particular part continues on to hardening and then plating operations before being shipped to our customer. #springs #springmaking #sp
