Don't know what to do for your workout today!? Try this gym workout I did yesterday for cardio, arms and legs. 1️⃣ box jumps 2️⃣ body push-ups 3️⃣ bosu hop overs 4️⃣ lunging out n ups 5️⃣ atlas lunges 6️⃣ rainbow lunges 7️⃣ plate squat n lifts 45 sec each move. Rest 15 sec in between. Do 4 rounds. That's a 28 min workout for ya. Enjoy! | Blogilates
