Chest Workout Single Arm Cable Flys • set the cable to its highest point & grab a handle with one hard. Position yourself away from the station, keep your elbow slightly bent, & drive the handle in front of your belly button. Hold for a moment in the contracted position, now allow for the handle to come back up maintain a bent elbow & keep your torso upright to ensure constant tension on the side of the chest muscles.
