When performing repetitions very slowly and strictly the friction in exercise equipment is a lot more noticeable, and we want to minimize this as much as possible to improve efficiency of muscular loading. I recently got a thick grip EZ curl bar cable attachment from @watsongymequipment with roller bearings and it is incredibly smooth, feels much better than other curl bar attachments I’ve used.
