Scientists, including world-renowned physics researcher John Stuart, took a fresh tube of human blood and split it into two identical vials. One vial was placed inside a Faraday cage, a chamber that blocks sound. The other vial was placed inside a sound chamber and exposed to music for 20 minutes. Research by John Stuart Reid and Professor Sungchul Ji looked at human blood and music. They began a series of music-blood experiments in 2019, in which a vial of whole human blood was immersed in music for 20-minutes, while a vial of the same donor's blood was maintained in the very quiet environment of the lab's Faraday Cage.
