How to practice turtle roll ⬇️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Paddle hard to gain speed and momentum 2. Then two meters (6ft) before hitting the wave 3. Grab rails of the board and turn yourself and the board upside down 4. Leave space between your body and the board 5.
